These Terms of Service govern your use of services, info products, and physical items offered by CardsOnePro at CardsOnePro.site. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms in full. Effective as of January 1, 2025.

1. Services

CardsOnePro provides custom template services for digital layouts, design support, and related creative tasks. All services are delivered remotely via online channels.

2. Information Products

CardsOnePro sells digital downloads including template bundles, design guides, and tutorial materials. These items are delivered via instant download links upon purchase.

3. Physical Products

CardsOnePro offers print-on-demand goods and physical media related to design templates. Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Custom Template Services

Requests for cancellation made at least 48 hours before service delivery are eligible for full credit toward future services. After this period, no refunds are available, but service appointments may be rescheduled once within six months at no extra charge.

4.2 Digital Information Products

All digital downloads are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be granted after access has been provided, except in cases where a file is corrupt or inaccessible. In such events, replacement files will be offered at no additional cost.

4.3 Physical Products

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, please submit a request via our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within seven business days. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

4.4 Service Transfers

For all services, customers may transfer a scheduled appointment to another party by providing written notice at least 48 hours in advance. Transfers are subject to availability.
